What is Victorious Secret?

VS is a guild on the Haomarush pvp server that desires to get as much out of WoW as possible and still maintain our professional and personal lives. Most of us are working adults with a love for gaming, but we don't have the time nor desire to raid 24/7 like all those world-first raiding guilds out there. We're out to experience all the rich content Blizzard has provided in WoW, but we don't have to be the first in the world to do it. "Casual Raiding Guild" might seem like an oxymoron in an MMO, but it is possible. Fun is more important than first at VS. We don't raid every night, just three or four times a week, and the rest of the week we dedicate to gearing up guildies who need it, doing heroics, and battlegrounds.

Meet and Greets

We not only meet in game but many of us meet in real life once a month. Our totem-juggler Ballbuster is the host of the SolgamesUSA Foundation LanParty events. These events have gamers from all over Central Florida, many of whom are from the Victorious Secret Guild. The SolgamesUSA events feature lots of Team Fortress 2, Unreal Tournament, and World of Warcraft. One thing you will find at a meet and greet is that since everyone is in the same room, communication is easy. Raiding is alot of fun at a Solgames Event since Tasali is able to ensure everyone is able to hear the instructions. These events are the best way to meet some of your guildmates and get to know people. We just added an outdoor screened room for smokers with fans and a 30 foot projector screen. You can find out more about the events at the lanparty section of the SolgamesUSA website.

As our resident bread and water maker, Auroradawn tries to take the time to conjure us a great meal. Last event she made us BBQ chicken, hot dogs, and hamburgers. The location for the meet and greets is a residence with lots of room for gamers. There are computers available for those that don't have one and lots of spots where gamers can bring their own pc and plug in. Solgames is sponsored by SteelSeries which provides professional gaming gear to the masses. These guys are great and donate mousepads, posters, and headsets that are given away at the events. You can find out about their products at The SteelSeries Website.
